To accommodate mobility needs, sloped ramp entrances are located at all three of the main entrances and connecting the third and fourth floors.
OKCCC meeting rooms and elevator signs contain Braille text and raised characters for guests with visual challenges. If materials for an event are needed in large print, Braille, or audio formats, please contact your event manager, who will be able to assist. If materials related to the center are needed, please contact your event manager or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Passenger elevators located throughout the building provide access to all public areas. Elevators are alarm-equipped with audio floor indicators and tactile Braille call buttons inside and outside. Escalators have audio indicators at each entry point.
Our staff has been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Guests with disabilities can be escorted to safety by key employees and security personnel.
All restrooms are equipped with accessible facilities, including height compliant sinks, hand towel dispensers, hand sanitizer dispensers, urinals, and toilet stalls. All restroom facilities are completely hands-free, including the entrance to the restroom. Family restrooms are located on each level.
OKCCC has created clean, comfortable, safe, secure, and private rooms for mothers who need to breastfeed and/or pump. They can be found on the first level, between Exhibit Halls C and D, on the second level, near Meeting Room 208, and on the fourth level, near Ballroom A and the restrooms.
Accessible parking is available in the Scissortail Lot, located directly south of the convention center. Also, spaces are available in the Convention Center Parking Garage at 15 SW 4th St. ADA parking is available on each level of the Parking Garage and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Trained service animals are permitted in the Convention Center with proper supervision.
Sign Language Interpreter
Accommodations for a sign language interpreter are available by contacting a member of the Event Services Team. Please contact us two to four weeks prior to the event.
Emergency warning systems are equipped with both audible and visual strobe alarms.
