Before You Arrive
• Verify your event date, start time, and ticket information through your event organizer.
• Plan your parking and allow extra travel time during peak event hours.
• Review any event-specific policies, as some events may have additional restrictions.
Parking & Transportation
Parking is available in nearby public garages and surface lots surrounding the Convention Center. Additional transportation options include:
- Oklahoma City Streetcar
- EMBARK Bus Service
- Ride-share services (Uber & Lyft)
Security Screening
For the safety of all guests.
- Security personnel throughout the facility
- Please allow additional time for entry during large events
Permitted Items
Unless otherwise prohibited by the event organizer, guests are generally permitted to bring:
- Mobile phones
- Small personal bags
- Cameras without a detachable lens (unless restricted by the event)
- Medical equipment
- Baby supplies
- Mobility Devices
Prohibited Items
The following items are generally prohibited inside the Convention Center:
- Outside food and beverages, unless required for documented medical or dietary needs
- Weapons of any kind
- Firearms
- Illegal substances
- Outside alcohol
- Glass containers
- Fireworks
- Laser pointers
- Drones
- Oversized bags or luggage
- Noise-making devices
- Pets (except trained service animals)
Event organizers may implement additional prohibited items.
Accessibility
The Oklahoma City Convention Center is ADA accessible and offers:
- Accessible entrances
- Elevators
- Accessible restrooms
- Adult changing tables
- Nursing mother’s rooms
- Wheelchair accessibility throughout the facility
Guests needing accommodations should contact the event organizer in advance whenever possible.
Cashless Purchases
Many concession locations and parking facilities accept major credit cards and mobile payment options. Availability may vary by event.
Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to:
- Treat others with courtesy and respect
- Follow directions from the Convention Center staff and security personnel
- Refrain from disruptive, abusive or unsafe behavior
- Comply with all posted signage and event policies
Guests who violate facility policies may be denied entry or removed without a refund.
Lost & Found
If you lose an item during your visit:
- Visit the security officer, event organizer or Convention Center staff.
Smoking Policy
The Oklahoma City Convention Center is a smoke-free facility.
- Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Service Animals
Service animals trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome.
- Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted unless specifically authorized by the event.
First Aid
Medical assistance is available during events.
- If you need immediate assistance, notify the nearest Convention Center employee or security officer.
